Kate Ramstad began her career with US Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo in 2013 during her first run for Governor of Rhode Island. She spent the next seven years as Finance Director for the Raimondo campaign, where she oversaw and executed all state and national finance strategy, and created a record-breaking fundraising operation that gained national recognition. She founded Reservoir Strategies in 2019 to bring her financial expertise to new clients, and has grown her firm to a multi-talented national fundraising team led and run by women. She served as a consultant for winning Presidential and Gubernatorial races, US Senate and Congressional campaigns, and numerous PACs and non-profits. Kate attended the Lincoln School in Providence, RI and earned her B.A. in English from Mount Holyoke College. She enjoys fly fishing, reading fiction, and probably knows more about college football than you do. She lives in Pawtuxet Cove, RI with her rescue beagle Caesar.


Erin Heim

Erin Heim

Co-Founder State College, PA / Somerville, MA

Before entering politics, Erin Heim earned a PhD in Genetics from Yale University. Her jump from science to politics was propelled by the shooting at her alma mater, Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, FL. In response to the shooting, she founded the MSD Alumni of New England -- a gun-safety advocacy organization, that successfully lobbied for the passage of a Red Flag Law in Massachusetts. From there she went on to manage the successful MA State House campaign of Rep. Marjorie Decker - the sponsor of the Red Flag bill. Erin then transitioned to a role at ActBlue as an Associate Partnerships Manager, followed by her role as the Operations and Scheduling Director for a U.S. Senate Race, where Erin and Kate met and founded Reservoir Strategies. Erin enjoys board games, cooking, and talking about CRISPR technological advancements. She lives in State College, PA with her husband, Joel, and rescue dog, Suri.


Talia Policelli

Talia Policelli

Talia Policelli started her career in politics over 13 years ago on the finance team for Gina Raimondo during her run for State Treasurer of Rhode Island. She then worked in a legislative capacity on a range of issues for the state, including the landmark $9 billion pension reform in Rhode Island, expanding a crime victims compensation program to include relocation benefits for women and children in life threatening situations, and a municipal infrastructure funding program. In 2015, she moved to Washington, DC to obtain her masters in policy management from Georgetown University. Talia has worked on a number of successful political operations, including statewide, gubernatorial, presidential, PAC, and ballot initiative campaigns. Her experience covers fundraising, political outreach, policy, research, and operations. The scope of Talia’s versatile portfolio includes statewide fundraising, nonprofit management, electoral college reform efforts, and marijuana reform campaigns. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and creating vegetarian recipes, which she shares on her cooking blog. Talia lives in Northwest Washington, DC with her miniature dachshund Winnie.


Brandon Brook

Brandon Brook

Brandon Brook is a Fundraising Operations Manager with Reservoir Strategies. He has previously worked with the office of Congresswoman Karen Bass in Los Angeles, CA and the campaign of Congressman Steven Horsford. As a call time manager, Brandon has a keen understanding of how to best advise candidates, with experience managing over 10 candidates call time for a variety of campaigns. In the past year, Brandon has moved from his home state of California to Providence, Rhode Island to fundraise for more state and local candidates in the New England area. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California San Diego.


Sydney Ramos de Paula

Sydney Ramos de Paula

Sydney Ramos de Paula is a Fundraising Manager with Reservoir Strategies. At Reservoir Strategies, Sydney works directly with Executive Directors and candidates to develop and execute their finance plans for their 501(c)4s, 501(c)3s, PACs, and campaigns. Sydney previously worked in marketing as a project manager and holds a Masters in Project Management from Northeastern University where she also received her bachelors in International Affairs and Political Science. Sydney’s background includes research for both government and legal agencies. Sydney is passionate about International Affairs and currently splits her time between Sao Paulo Brazil and Massachusetts.
